IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER TO
REPORT ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR BREAKAGES, WHETHER ON COLLECTION OR
AFTER USE. ALL LOSSES & DAMAGES
WILL HAVE TO BE MADE GOOD DURING PERIOD OF HIRE WHERE POSSIBLE
OR PAID FOR AT A LATER DATE ONCE REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE.
IT IS IMPORTANT ALL DAMAGES, BREAKAGES ETC., ARE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY
SO NOT TO DISAPPOINT SUBSEQUENT HIRERS.
We have had a lot of damage and missing items which we are replacing
but unless damage and missing items are declared at the earliest
opportunity then we will expect the hirer to pay to bring the fleet
back to a servicable condition.
