If your Instructor Certificate is due to expire or has expired then you will need to revalidate with HQ. To do this you need to download one of the following forms and complete the relevant sections. Send the form along with your instructor certificate to HQ for revalidation.

Be sure to complete the required sections and to check if you need your Principals signature.

Dinghy / Keelboat & Senior Instructor Revalidation Form

Powerboat Instructor / Advanced Instructor Revalidation Form

Windsurfing Instructor Revalidation Form

If your certificate expired recently contact the Gareth Brookes - Regional Development Officer for advice. If it expired within the last 2 months you may be able to apply for revalidation. For certificates that have expired over 12 months ago, you may have to resit the examination again.

Don't let your qualifications / certificates lapse. Keep them up to date.

Keep a log of your teaching hours for reference and proof if requested.
